When you say that there is no reason to something, or something like trust love instead of reason, it demonstrates a lack of understanding reason. The complexities of the Universe are vast and intricate, and so, the full path of reason is not always readily apparent. Emotion is not contrary to reason, as all emotion has reason, and love is perfection in reason, although the fire of emotions can at times distract you from seeing the more complete aspect of reason.

Even though humans are biological machines, geared to react in certain ways, and can, as such, simulate sentience without actually being sentient, once one realizes themselves as an individual being, the nature of the Universe absolutely allows to be free of mortal restrictions.
