When true loves find each other, any intelligence managing reincarnation (if the system currently works, or ever does work that way) should keep leading them together, except, of course, in a timeline of strict non-interference, for similar reasons, or if the grander perspective shows that those loves work better without interference.

Whether or not Manifest Reality is and is in the mind of the Master Architect, it is the result of the will of the Master Architect that creates Manifest Reality from Void, and because of this will, even if MR is not contained within their mind, that will is a part of everything, everyone, and so, everyone is the Master Architect.
