Part of the observable immortality of your soul: Just as the reflections of your actions are carried throughout the universe by light, a part of your immortal soul (or one type of your immortal souls), so are your actions and your beliefs. Your actions have rather obvious effects on the existence around you (well, sometimes not so obvious), and these actions help shape existence, so for eternity your soul is linked to those actions in the physical existence.

In the attempt to understand you cannot be afraid to see all things, despite the potential they can have to bring you sadness and distress, but this does not mean you must participate or fail to defend the innocent. Only through understanding can freedom, reason, and love be best served. Combine this with honorable action and you can build a better Universe.
